Sol-A-Way  was established on the 1^st of August 2022 with the sole purpose of providing solar lighting, subsequently the gap in the market in Bulawayo for high quality solar equipment and the frustrations emanating from unavailability of power led to the expansion into residential and commercial solar installations. 

The founders having had experience in the field for 4years prior, through a partnership, realized the need to establish their own Brand that would ultimately serve as their legacy.

To further their knowledge in the industry the Founders Lenin Moyo and Beauty Moyo, have attained certification through The Bulawayo Polytechnic College and further underwent various product and PV training through different organizations such as SegenSolar in South Africa as well as online courses through Pylontech and Kodak.

Lenin Moyo spearheads the Technical department and ensures the procurement of products, and is in charge of the technical support teams.

Beauty Moyo is the driving force behind the Marketing team. She creates all the content and manages Sol-A-Way’s social media pages. She has since gotten recognition as as an ‘Outstanding Marketing Personality In the Energy Industry 2022’ through the Zimbabwe’s CEO Network.

The Founders are God and family oriented and are passionate about helping the vulnerable in society and have been directly involved in initiatives that help the orphaned and widowed.
